Welcome to the residency verification portal for Autauga County Schools.

To simplify the enrollment process, this district is providing you with a document-free primary address verification option. You are only required to upload documents in case the document-free verification fails.

In case the document-free verification fails, you can choose from five options how to verify your residency:

Option 1

  • Recent Mortgage Statement or Warranty Deed
  • Recent Required Utility bills - power, water, gas, or garbage services (within 30 days)

Option 2

  • 2025 Property Tax Record - Must show homestead on the tax records, usually reflects a code of 10
  • 1 Recent Required Utility bill – power, water, gas, or garbage services (within 30 days)

Option 3

  • Driver’s License OR Copy of W2 OR correspondence from the IRS OR company check (within 30 days)
  • 2 Recent Required Utility bills – power, water, gas, or garbage services (within 30 days)

Option 4

  • Driver’s License OR Copy of W2 OR correspondence from the IRS OR company check (within 30 days)
  • 1 Recent Required Utility bill – power, water, gas, or garbage services (within 30 days)
  • 1 Government Assistance – VA, snap, or SSI

Option 5

  • Driver’s License OR Copy of W2 OR correspondence from the IRS OR company check (within 30 days)
  • 1 Recent Required Utility bill – power, water, gas, or garbage services (within 30 days)
  • Vehicle tag registration
